Our Story
Acute Medical Staffing was founded in 2018 with a clear purpose: to connect qualified healthcare professionals with the facilities that need them, without the bureaucracy and distance that often come with large national agencies.
Based in East Brunswick, New Jersey, we are a woman- and minority-owned agency. The owner is personally involved in placements and operations — not a call center, not a corporate layer. That means when a facility calls, they reach someone who knows their account, their needs, and their clinicians by name.
We staff nursing, allied health, and behavioral health roles across per diem, contract, and bundled-shift arrangements. Our focus is on long-term relationships: clinicians who stay, facilities that return, and placements that work for everyone involved.
