What this policy covers

This policy explains how Acute Medical Staffing handles the information you send through this website. It covers this website only. It does not cover the Paylocity job board, which has its own privacy policy.

Information you send us

The forms on this website ask for a name, an email address, a phone number, and a message. We also receive your email address if you write to us directly.

What we do not collect here

This website does not ask for and should not receive patient information or protected health information (PHI), Social Security numbers, dates of birth, licence numbers, résumés, or payment details. Please do not send any of these through the forms on this site. Job applications are handled in our separate application system, not here.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to your enquiry and keep a record of business enquiries. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is seen by the Acute Medical Staffing staff who need it to respond. It is also processed by the providers that run this website and its contact form, who handle it on our behalf, currently Google Apps Script and Airtable.

Job applications

Applications go through our Paylocity job board, which has its own privacy policy. Please do not send application materials through the forms on this site.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts, advertising, or social media embeds.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them for the purpose above, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email staffing@acutemedstaffing.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
